On Thursday, February 25, Exclusive Collections Galleries and L’Auberge Del Mar’s Kitchen 1540 restaurant present The Art & Soul of Food, an artistic epicurean event featuring “The Painter of Chefs” Christopher M., and executive chef Paul McCabe. This exciting collaboration will offer guests a four-course dinner created by McCabe with special wine pairing and the unveiling of a series of new original paintings by Christopher M. — all inspired by the four emotions: nostalgia, blue, amorous, and euphoria. A Champagne reception will kick off the event, followed by a sit-down dinner and art show. With each dinner course presented by McCabe, Christopher M. will unveil one new original painting. After the fourth course is served, guests will have the opportunity to view a broader collection of new paintings in a designated gallery area, also inspired by McCabe and Kitchen 1540. All Christopher M. paintings on display will be available for purchase during the event. Tickets are $85 per person, and seating is limited.
