Dining room guests who dine at The Fish Market in Del Mar between 4-6pm Monday through Thursday can take advantage of an Early Catch Menu featuring selected entrees for a fixed price of $12. Each entrée includes The Fish Market’s irresistible sourdough bread and a choice of clam chowder, tossed field greens salad, or Caesar salad. Early Catch entrees include panko-style fish and chips served with fries and coleslaw; poached wild Pacific salmon with cucumber dill sauce; mesquite grilled Pacific red snapper and tartar sauce; bay shrimp Louie salad containing field greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, egg and homemade Louie dressing; crispy Dijon crusted tilapia topped with nectarine salsa; and mesquite grilled Cajun style Sea of Cortez prawns with melted butter. “The fixed $12 price represents a substantial saving over the regular menu pricing,” notes Scott Ambrose, vice president of operations. “We hope to introduce new patrons to the Del Mar Fish Market and to encourage our loyal guests to dine here more often, enjoy some favorites, and save money in the process.”
