Food Network star Tyler Florence has spent the last 15 years sharing his vision of fine, approachable food. Herringbone’s executive chef, Amanda Baumgarten, attended Le Cordon Bleu in London, was a Top Chef Season 7 contestant, and worked at four different Michelin-starred restaurants before joining the team at Herringbone. On Thursday, September 13, the two will team up to host an unforgettable multi-course dinner featuring Tyler Florence Wine pairings and dishes prepared by both Florence and Baumgarten. Food and wine lovers will sample both Tyler Florence Wines and TF limited-production wines. Join these superb chefs as they showcase food, wine, and conversation through the convivial experience of dining at Herringbone, which has the feel of an old-world bazaar, anchored by 100-year-old olive trees growing within the space. The evening kicks off with cocktails at 5:30pm. Dinner begins at 6pm, and a signing of the dinner menu by Florence and Baumgarten will end the dining experience. Tickets are $100 per person.
