On Saturday, June 23, from 10am-5pm, head to Pacific Station for the inaugural Encinitas Foodie Fest. A demo stage will host participating chefs including Bernard Guillas, Kurt Metzger, Kaitlin Ramos, and others. Select artisanal food vendors will include Bread & Butter Baking Co., Millie's Gelato, The California Olive, and many more. The event will also include live music and a Zumba dance stage, and the Art to Table fundraiser will feature sensational succulent centerpieces created in a collaborative effort between event producer Wabisabi Green and other local artists/designers. These functional works of art will be displayed in local restaurants, and the public can bid on the vases to raise funds for the Coastal Community Foundation’s Healthy Day Fund.
