On Monday, April 2, Jake’s Del Mar will host a fine dining experience showcasing the talents of Jake’s executive chef Dustin Anselm, and featuring wine pairings from some of the best local and international vineyards. The five-course menu consists of delectable dishes including Mango Butter Poached Lobster, Truffle Heirloom Tomato and White Bean Soup, Seared Sea Scallops, Durham Ranch Buffalo Tenderloin, and Grand Marnier Gelato. Tickets are $85 per person or $75 for groups of eight or more. Proceeds will benefit the revitalization efforts of the Del Mar Village Association. (858/755-1179, www.delmarmainstreet.com)
