On Thursday, January 12, join Confab chefs Christian Graves, Trey Foshee, and Andrew Spurgin for a small seating, pop-up dinner at Jsix to celebrate truffles. Menu hlghlights include: Truffled Egg, Far Niente Dolce Caviar; Diver Scallops, Maitake, Cauliflower, Lobster Hollandaise; Truffle and Foie Stuffed Quail, Flageolet Bean, Chard Ravioli, Thyme Jus; Truffled Honey, Bandaged Wrapped Cheddar; Jack Fisher Confections’ Truffles.
