Tuesday nights in January, from 4-9:30pm, Roppongi will offer a Sushi and Sake Pairing. Enjoy Hamachi Crudo paired with Gekkeikan, “Zipang” Sparkling Sake; White Corn Ahi Tempura paired with Momokawa Pearl Junmai Nigori; Trio of Petite Handrolls paired with Ban Ryu “10,000 Ways” Honjoso, and Elderflower Jelly with Green Tea Gelato for dessert. Price is $35 per person. Roppongi will also offer a Sushi Rolling Demo on Tuesday, January 11, at 12pm, with chef Warren Almeda. He will begin with educational information about sushi (origin, history, etcetera). Then he will demonstrate how to roll your own sushi.
