On October 9, from 12-3pm, in celebration of the season, West Inn & Suites is toasting the harvest of its West Organic Farm. Chef Eugenio Martignago will share his recipes and provide tips for holiday fare. Enjoy casual food and wine pairings under the West tents. Enjoy items including: red and golden beets Napoleon layered with truffle goat cheese; baby greens tossed with basil pesto and balsamic honey glaze; coconut shrimp with mango and horseradish cocktail sauce; butternut squash ravioli with prosciutto, zucchini flowers, cherry tomatoes, fresh sage, and a white wine sauce; tiramisu; caponata with homemade sausage and bruschetta bread; and New York steak pomodoro with Asiago cheese garlic and basil.
