The Confablieri is getting back to nature with its first overnight experience. Cooks Confab has teamed up with its longtime partner Slow Food Urban San Diego and the amazing people at Suzie's Farm in Imperial Beach to give San Diegans a true farm to table experience. On September 11-12, guests will set up camp on one of Suzie's Farm's harvest fields to enjoy nature and nature's bounty with a variety of activities and excursions sure to please even the most urbane camper. Participating Confablieri include Amy DiBiase, Andrew Spurgin, Donald Coffman, Antonio Friscia, Christian Graves, Ian Ward, Katie Grebow, Melissa Mayer, Olivier Bioteau, and Paul McCabe. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis. One-hundred percent of proceeds will be donated to Slow Food Urban San Diego.
