On Monday, April 19, from 5:30-7pm, Pacifica Del Mar presents an oyster and vodka tasting event. Guests will receive one shooter and three different oysters on the half shell, each paired with a Champagne, beer, and vodka. The Pacifica Oyster Shooter is made with house-infused pepper vodka and served with Sriracha cocktail sauce. Oysters on the Half Shell are served with cucumber mignonette and wasabi cocktail sauce.
