Bice Ristorante and chef Mario Cassineri present an “ingredient focused” dinner with chef Stefano Ceresoli of Solare Restaurant on Tuesday, July 17, with an emphasis on rabbit. Each of the Milano chefs will be challenged to present a rabbit-focused starter, appetizer, entrée, and dessert course. For each course, Cassineri and Ceresoli will test their luck as they present their dishes side-by-side. Guests will be challenged to decide who reigns supreme over each course.
