The 10th Annual Beer & Sake Festival takes place at the Marriott San Diego Del Mar on Thursday, June 28, from 6-9pm. Hosted by the Japan Society of San Diego and Tijuana, the event brings together San Diego’s top chefs to showcase their Japanese culinary and sake traditions. The festival will highlight imported Japanese beers, local microbrews, and a vast variety of sake. In addition to the tastings, the festival will feature culinary creations from the talented chefs at Alchemy, Sushi on a Roll, Shimbashi Izakaya, and Opera, among others. (www.japan-society.org)
