On Wednesday, June 20, at 5:30pm, celebrate the first day of summer with Jsix Restaurant at San Diego’s first SausageFest. In this exciting and outrageous cook-off, 13 of the city’s leading chefs will enter their favorite sausage recipes, from chorizo to bratwurst, and present them to the public for a winning vote.
