On Wednesday, June 27, from 6-8pm, join Sbicca and the Del Mar Village Association for five food and wine pairings. Held atop Sbicca’s ocean view deck, the evening will showcase the talents of the restaurant’s executive chef Ian Espanol, and feature wine from local and international vineyards. Menu highlights include a Pan Seared Sea Scallop, Grilled Brandt Beef Teres Major, and more. Proceeds will benefit the revitalization efforts of the Del Mar Village Association.
