Menu highlights include a Three Cheese Artichoke Spinach Dip paired with 2011 Lake County Encanto Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc, a Cheese Plate paired with 2009 Lake County St. Olof Vineyard Malbec, Porcini Crusted Salmon with Petite Sirah Reduction paired with 2008 Paso Robles Solana Vineyards Petite Sirah, and more.
