On Wednesday, February 29, from 6-8pm, Pacifica Del Mar presents a fine dining experience in the Private Reserve Room showcasing the talents of its executive chef, paired with fine wines from California and New Zealand vineyards. Menu highlights include Maine Lobster Escabeche, Duck Confit Turnover, Grilled Venison Striploin, and more. Reservations are $85 per person; $75 per person for groups of eight or more.
