The Keating Hotel and Pininfarina have teamed up to present an exclusive Drivers Four Course Dinner the evening before the Fifth Avenue Auto Showcase. On Saturday, October 8, at 8pm, enjoy a special menu inspired by automobiles, with each course cleverly named, infused, and paired with a fantastically aged Macallan single malt whiskey. Menu highlights include the Gran Turismo (lobster bisque), Maserati Trofeo Cambiocorsa (tuna tartare with wakame salad and wasabi), Maserati Birdcage (cherry wood smoked bacon wrapped around scallops & rib steak with chipotle glaze), Maserati MC Stradale (flourless chocolate cake with single malt Chantilly & hazelnut brittle), and more. The evening will also include a silent auction, with proceeds going to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. Maserati is providing gift bags for all attendees.
