On Easter, La Jolla’s Whisknladle presents a combination of sweet and savory flavors in a special four-course Spring Lamb tasting menu. The first course offers Lamb Croquettes, Artisan Cured Meats, House Made Mozzarella and Marinated Artichokes, Merguiez-Stuffed Squid Braised in Romesco, and Halibut Crudo. The second course consists of Whole Roasted Baby Lamb, Asparagus, English Peas & Green Garlic, Sweet Potato Gnocchi, Roasted Potatoes, and Morel Mushroom Risotto. But it doesn’t stop there.
