Currently on view at La Jolla’s Madison Gallery are works by renowned artists Pablo Picasso and Joan Miró. Although most of the Picassos have already sold, his Still Life with a Watermelon and Cherries, Bloch 1098, which is signed and numbered, is still available for purchase. Along with the one remaining Picasso are several Miros including La Harpie (D. 506), Le Chasseur de Pieuvres (The Octopus Hunter), and La Femme aux Bijoux (The Bejeweled Woman) — all hand signed in pencil.
