On Saturday, October 24, from 1-6pm, Helen Woodward Animal Center (HWAC) presents its 19th annual Spooktacular People Pet Walk, bringing together hundreds of dog-friendly households and companies from all over San Diego County. Kids, parents, and even pets dress up in Halloween costumes and walk together. HWAC will also be featuring “Tricking or Treating with the Animals,” a haunted house, and a huge pet and human costume contest with celebrity judges.
