From July 6 through August 6, Lux Art Institute presents its annual Summer Art Camp for budding artists, which will allow kids to experiment with painting, sculpture, and photography, as well as collaborate on group art activities, explore the Lux landscape and installations, and view art in the Lux studio. Each weeklong session costs $75 for non-members; $55 for members. Participants can sign up for individual weeks or for all five weeks at a discounted rate ($350 for non-members; $250 for members). The program will culminate in an open house and artists’ reception on Thursday, August 6, when participants can invite parents and friends to see their finished work in a museum setting.
