Horizon Christian Fellowship expects that this year’s Harvest Festival will be bigger than ever before. On Saturday, October 31, the community is invited to the free Harvest Festival on the backlot of Horizon Christian Fellowship at 6365 El Apajo Road in Rancho Santa Fe, from 5-9pm. This year’s event has added carnival-type rides for the kids in addition to tethered hot-air balloon rides, an inflatable obstacle course and climbing mountain, mega slide, jump houses, bungee run, old-fashioned cake walk, and games.
