Enter a magical world filled with imaginative characters at The Old Globe. Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas will transport you to the snow-blanketed town of Whoville, where Cindy-Lou Who will steal your heart in this upbeat whimsical musical. Of course, the Grinch will have to overcome his dastardly ways first, but love and generosity win in the end. The set resembles a book, suggesting turning pages as when reading the classic in illustrated form. Grinch is back for the 13th consecutive year due to its incredible popularity. It will entrance audiences, young and old, all over again. On view November 20 through December 26. Adding to the spirit of the production, the Globe will stage its fifth annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on Sunday, November 21, at 6pm, on the Globe’s Copley Plaza.
