On Monday, May 19, Finch’s Bistro & Wine Bar and Baja Wine Food present Cooking For Cancer, a wine dinner honoring Amalia Medina to benefit the Healing Foods Kitchen at UC San Diego Moores Cancer Center. Finch’s executive chef Mario Medina will be accompanied by chefs Martin San Roman, Martin Gonzalez, Flor Franco, Damasso Lee, and Fernanda Peimbert in showcasing contemporary Mexican cuisine accompanied by wines of the Guadalupe Valley.
